The corporate headquarters is located in Lemoore., and the company is one of the world's leading food makers of tomato paste and vegetable products for the commercial food industry. Scott Sayler, CEO of SK Foods, released the following statement: "We want to assure our customers, employees and friends that we clearly stand behind the quality of our products and employees. Our company was established based on the principle of integrity; producing a product of the highest quality and dedication to our customer relationships. Our investment in our employees, their training and in our widespread facilities represents our commitment to the future and to our long-term success."
COUNSEL TO MANAGEMENT:
While the reason for the investigation and its targets remain unclear, more will likely come to light in the coming days and weeks. We will continue to monitor developments and will report any new information that is released. All businesses should have protocols in place to handle visits from government agencies, including visits that result in the service of search warrants.
