On June 13, 2008, the United Food & Commercial Workers Local 5 conducted a representation election in Lourenco Dairy Farm in Livingston.

The tally showed the following results: 11 for United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 5. No Union: 4 Unresolved Challenged Ballots: 0 Total Ballots Cast: 15

The number of unresolved challenged ballots is insufficient to affect the outcome of the election.
