UFCW Loses Election at Heritage Dairy

On April 23, 2008, the Visalia Regional Office conducted a representation election in Heritage Farms in Tulare.

The tally showed the following results: 2 for United Food and Commercial Workers Union, Local 5 11 for No Union 5 Unresolved Challenged Ballots 18 Total Ballots Cast

The number of unresolved challenged ballots is insufficient to affect the outcome of the election. Election objections, if any, are due April 30, 2008.
